Our approach

Tappli is built to be privacy-friendly by default. Customers do not need an account, do not download an app, and do not provide personal details to view a receipt.

What we store

• Receipt content issued by the merchant (items, totals, timestamps).
• An anonymous browser identifier used to power optional loyalty features. It contains no name, email, phone number or location.
• Merchant account data such as business name, contact email and branding.

What we do not collect

We do not collect customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment card details from receipt views.
